Ozeas originates from Brazil, where he was certified as a captain for vessels up to 500T in 2003. He has a large number of sea-hours under his belt.
Ozeas speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish and basic French, which he learnt while working at Tahiti and other locations in the South Pacific.
As well as his marine life, he studied as a chef in Brazil and worked for four years in the 4★ Meridien Hotel in Saõ Paulo. He produces an international menu but particularly loves French cuisine. On some charters, when the mothership is going to be fairly static, he will act as chef for the boats but many weeks he will be too busy as captain and we will bring another chef with us.
He enjoys fishing; scuba; snorkeling and kayaking. He loves to read and has a particularly interest in Roman history.
